We are located between Stowe Mountain Resort and Stowe Village, giving Mountain Haus Apartments the most attractable location for long-term lifestyle and apartment housing.

Mountain Haus Apartments consists of two 36-apartment buildings:

Mountain Haus #1
In 2017, Bullrock Corporation constructed and pioneered the first 36-apartment Mountain Haus building. Our tenants have access to free laundry rooms on site as well as complimentary bike storage, while also being able to rent storage units in the basement.

Mountain Haus #2
In 2022, Bullrock Corporation constructed the second Mountain Haus building. This building offers in-unit mini splits for heating & cooling, as well as in-unit washer & dryer. Tenants also have the ability to store bikes on site. All first floor tenants enjoy their own private front yard.
